Objectives
CONFERENCE OBJECTIVES
Our organisation holds the IWD conference yearly to achieve the following objectives:
- Discuss the global theme for a particular year
- Bring the theme close to the realities of the Nigerian women and girls.
- Challenge the government, the media and the civil society to play their roles and thereby improve the wellbeing and the situation of women and girls.
- Challenge women leaders in government and private sectors to help facilitate more development programmes for the womenfolk and children.
